Introduction

The "Balligh" application is a service provided by the EDRAK UNITED FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTATION CO. WLL in the State of Kuwait to facilitate the process of submitting complaints and reports by Kuwaiti citizens and residents. The application aims to make reporting commercial and industrial violations easy and accessible for everyone, contributing to enhancing transparency and integrity in the market.

Registration and User Identity Verification

To start using the application, users must register and verify their identities. This is done by downloading the application on the mobile phone and entering the user name and password. After successful verification, the user is allowed to access the application from the same device used for registration. The user bears full legal responsibility in case of identity impersonation.

After completing the registration process, the mobile phone owner can access and use the services available on the application.

User Data

The "Balligh" application collects some data to provide services to the user, and this data is linked to the application usage and is stored and associated with the civil ID number and mobile phone details used during the registration process:

• Civil ID number and associated information.
• Optional identity information: Email address and mobile phone number.
• Information specific to the location of the complaint or report.
• Device information: Serial numbers of the device, manufacturer, model, type of device, operating system, version number, the telecommunications company providing the device, IP address, date, and time of the connection.
• Camera: The camera is used to capture photos and videos for the submitted reports.
• Reports: All reports submitted by the user are stored at the EDRAK UNITED FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTATION CO. WLL.
